Client-Facing Summary
By booking a service, you agree to the following terms:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase.

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a charge of 20% of the service fee to the card on file.

A valid card on file is required to book an appointment and will be securely stored (never shared).

If you are sick or face an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may result in having to reschedule, and the late cancellation fee may still apply.

The contents of your appointment — including all coaching sessions, wellness recommendations, and supporting materials — are based on holistic and integrative health principles and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
🔐 Scope of Services
Rooted in Wellness does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or offer treatment for any physical or mental health conditions. All services provided are for educational, wellness, and self-empowerment purposes only and should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional care.
✅ Client Acknowledgment & Informed Consent
By purchasing a service, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood the above and agree to the following:

I understand that this service is for educational and self-empowerment purposes and is not intended to replace professional medical care.

I accept full responsibility for my own health decisions and understand that any recommendations offered are suggestions that I am free to accept or reject.

I will consult with my physician or healthcare provider before making any changes to my medications, diet, or lifestyle.

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in this service and give informed consent to receive integrative wellness education and coaching.

I agree that Rooted in Wellness and its owner are not liable under any circumstances for any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of the information provided.
💳 Card on File Policy
To book a session, a valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file. By booking, you agree to the following:

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless prepayment is required.

Your card will only be charged if a late cancellation (within 24 hours) or no-show occurs, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Your card is securely stored through Wix’s encrypted system and is never visible or shared with Rooted in Wellness.
❌ Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the personalized nature of services at Rooted in Wellness, all sales are final. This means that once a service is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued, including for appointments booked in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a charge of 20% of the total service fee to the card on file.

Exceptions for emergencies or illness may be made at our discretion.
⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may still be subject to the late cancellation fee.

No-call/no-shows may result in being restricted from booking future sessions.

Please contact us promptly if you are sick or something comes up. We’re happy to reschedule when possible.
🚫 Right to Refuse Service
Rooted in Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if a client exhibits inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior, or if it becomes clear that our services are not a good fit for their needs.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Rooted in Wellness and its owner are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of information or services provided. Clients agree to hold Rooted in Wellness harmless for any outcomes.
🔄 Policy Updates
All policies are subject to change. Clients will be notified of major updates, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the most current policies.
