🌿 Rooted in Wellness Booking Policies Client-Facing Summary By booking a service, you agree to the following terms: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a charge of 20% of the service fee to the card on file. A valid card on file is required to book an appointment and will be securely stored (never shared). If you are sick or face an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may result in having to reschedule, and the late cancellation fee may still apply.
