Rooted in Wellness – Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2024

At Rooted in Wellness, we strive to ensure all orders are processed with care, transparency, and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your products will be delivered, based on the type of product you purchase.

1. Skincare Product Orders

Order Process: When you place an order for skincare through my website, I submit the order to my trusted carrier company.
Processing Time: Once I receive the products from the carrier, I prepare your order for delivery or pickup.
Local Orders (Pickup): If you're located nearby, I will personally reach out to coordinate a convenient time for you to pick up your order.
Non-Local Orders (Shipping): If you're not local, your order will be shipped directly to your address. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier.

2. Supplements, Lab Tests, and Detox Programs

These items are ordered directly by you through my personalized affiliate or practitioner partner links provided on my website or during our sessions.
Shipping Responsibility: Once your order is placed, the third-party company will ship your items directly to your address.
Please refer to their individual shipping policies, timelines, and tracking processes, as they handle all fulfillment and delivery.

3. General Shipping Notes

Tracking Information: For skincare orders I ship out, you will receive tracking details once your package has been dispatched.
Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Rooted in Wellness is not responsible for delays due to the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.
Shipping Areas: Currently, we only ship within [Insert geographic areas or countries you serve, e.g., the United States].
